STORMING IMPETUS

Here are some pictures of the Storming Impetus tests.
In my opinion are really nice.
All the miniatures are from Perry twins.
First one  is a HYW scenario, with English troops that are attacking a French castle.

 main door is destroied and the cavalry is going to charge inside.

Here is a Samurai scenario with red devils that are attacking a fortified village.

I'm going to prepare new roman units for the Wargame Holiday Center Italia.

Caesar is coming

Here are the guys of the XIII legio with Black shields ed the lion simbol in front of the army.

There are 16 bases of legionnaires and 2 of gallic medium cavalry all based for impetus.

Sassanid persian Aventine scenette

Here is an aventine scenette that I use as camp in Impetus games. It seems the scene of the imperator Valeriano and Shapur I at the battle of Edessa.

templar command base

here is a templar 28mm command base.

they are plastic miniatures by Fire Forge.

the details of the miniatures are fantastic. normaly with plastic the chainmail is not so good, but I've to admit that the Fire Forge one is really impressive, there is not difference with the metal one.

 

HASTINGS at DADI.com at SAN MARINO 24-25 may 2014

Here you can see the biggest IMPETUS battle in Italy.
 It's a 10 metres x2 table with over 1500 28mm painted miniatures.
 The table organized by Grande Armee Parma and Anonima Wargame Romagna.
It wins the Dadi.com AWARD as better table of the show.
the pictures don't do justice to the entire table.
